Aileen Jenkins

Mrs. Jenkins, 90, of Shelby, NC, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Cleveland Pines Nursing Center. A native of Cleveland County, she was preceeded in death by her parents Pender & Essie Mode Gold, her husband Paul Jenkins, daughtersBetty Ann & Paula J. Jenkins, a son Paul Eugene Jenkins, sisters Nellie C. Haynes, & Beatrice McKinney, and a brother Raleigh Gold. Mrs. Jenkins is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted by Revs. Bill Fryar and Glenn Walker. Memorials may be made to Double Springs Baptist Church, 1130 Double Springs Church Road, Shelby, NC 28150.
