Alice Proctor

Mrs. Proctor, 79, of 539 Wilson Cornwell Rd., Shelby, NC passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at Cleveland Pines Nursing Center.
A native of Cherokee County, SC, Mrs. Proctor was a homemaker and charter member of Manna Baptist Church. She was preceeded in death by her parents Gettys Bowen & Minnie Underwood Bowen, and her husband Willmon Eugene Proctor.
Mrs. Proctor is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Phyllis Lovelace and Billy, and Kay James and David all of Shelby, three brothers and their wives Paul Bowen & Rachel, Harold Dean Bowen & Joanne, Junior Bowen & Judy all of Shelby and a sister and her husband Gladys Richard & J.B. also of Shelby and grandchildren Shawn James and Travis James and wife Ashley of Shelby.
