Barbara Tedder

Ms. Barbara Elaine Blackwood Tedder, 58, of Kings Mountain, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Crawley Memorial Hospital in Boiling Springs. A native of Mecklenburg County, she is the daughter of Barbara Ann Morrison Blackwood and the late Gary Albert Blackwood. She had worked as a material handler at Danaher Corporation for 13 years. Elaine loved reading her bible, shopping and going to the mountains. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her mother she is survived by three sons, Andy Tedder and wife Christy of Kings Mountain, Daniel Tedder and wife Donna of Crouse, NC and Timothy Tedder of Kings Mountain; Fiancée Michael "Slick" Mashburn of the home; two grandchildren, Jackson and Blake Tedder; one sister and six brothers.
