Betty “Jannie” Warren Heffner

Betty “Jannie” Warren Heffner passed away on February 26, 2021.

She is survived by the love of her life, Ray Heffner,  two sisters, Kay Hamilton and her husband, Michael of Bessemer City, NC, and Belinda Whitworth of Gastonia, NC, and two grandchildren, Kristen Callahan and Brandon Callahan, as well as 4 great grandchildren.

Born in Lincoln County, NC on June 13, 1952, Betty was the daughter of the late Billy and Betty Philbeck Warren. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Callahan and a son, Billy Heffner.

Betty enjoyed studying ancestry history and did her own research which she was proud of. She was talented with arts and crafts and liked to give away what she made. Betty was a loving mother and will be remembered for being the family picture taker.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 11:00am at Patterson Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
