Charles Presson

Mr. Presson, a native of Mecklenburg County, NC was retired from the U. S. Navy where he served for 20 years as a Chief Petty Officer & Aviation Electrician. He also served in Vietnam. Following his Naval Career, he retired from Carolina Food Concepts.
Mr. Presson was preceeded in death by his parents Benjamin Franklin Presson & Laura Frances Jamison Presson.
Mr. Presson is survived by his wife of 50 years Pauline Melton Presson of the home, daughters and their husbands Deborah Presson Messer & Jerry of Gastonia, Diane Ruppe & Bobby of Shelby, a sister and her husband Peggy Brockenbrough & Jimmy of Jonesboro, Ga.; grandsons Brandon Ruppe & wife Pam, Matthew Ruppe, Andrew Ruppe & fiance Elizabeth Weaver, & Kyle Messer, and a granddaughter Kelly Messer.
