Courtney Harris

Miss. Courtney Renee Harris, age 30 of Shelby, NC, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 at her residence. Memorial services will be held 2:00 Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Cleveland Funeral Services and Crematory Chapel conducted by Rev. Johnny Cody. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
She is survived by her mother, Linda Harris of Shelby, NC, two sisters, Michelle Ledford and husband Terry of Shelby, NC, and Amy Byrd and husband Ron Bryant of Hickory, NC, three nieces, Angie Bradshaw and Pam Bradshaw of Shelby, NC, and Katie Byrd of Hickory, NC, three nephews, Derrick Ledbetter and Corey Ledbetter of Hickory, NC, and Cameron Bradshaw of Shelby, NC, a great niece, Abigail Ledbetter of Hickory, NC, a step brother Nathan Black of Boiling Springs, NC and a special canine companion, "Big Boy"
Born June 3, 1984 in Cleveland County, Miss. Harris was the daughter of Linda Jeannette (Sawyer) Harris and the late Claude Harris, Jr. and was preceded in death by two brothers, Claude Harris III and Robbie Harris. Courtney will be missed by her family and loved ones.She loved life, animals, and people. She was free hearted and loved to laugh and make others around her laugh. She was a beautiful person inside and out and was loving and caring toward others.
