Dana Hoyle

May 31, 1953 — October 10, 2006

Mrs. Hoyle's parents were the late Rev. Charles B. Summey & Albertine Tina Lefler Summey. She was recently retired from Cleveland Memorial Park where she was a secretary. She was a caretaker of the nursery at the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer for over a decade. Dana grew up in the Elizabeth Baptist Church where her father was pastor for seven years and her mother was music director. Dana was Band Photographer for the South Mountain Ramblers. Dana was a very avid animal lover and had rescued many animals throughout the years and had taken care of many animals at her home including many Eastern Box Turtles. She was a very loving and devoted mother to her children & to her companion Russell.
Dana is survived by a son and wife Travis & Staci Hoyle, a daughter and husband Ashley & Vaughn Bethell, a daughter Brittany Hoyle, life companion Russell Hayes, life companion's father James "Daddy" Hayes, former husband Robby Hoyle and her beloved cat of 14 years Milo. Dana had just learned three days prior to her death that she was going to be a Grandma for her son Travis and his wife Staci in June of 2007. Dana was very overjoyed.
