David Morrison

Mr. Morrison, 67, passed away Saturday, 5-3-2008 at his home. A native of Cleveland County, NC he was retired from Continental-Genera Tire after 16 years, was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, Piedmont Shrine Clup, Friendship Masonic Lodge, and a veteran of the U. S. Army.
Mr. Morrison is preceeded in death by his parents Robert Morrison & Ester Ledford Luckadoo, and brothers Nolan & Joe Morrison.
Mr. Morrison is survived by his wife Lynn Lookadoo Morrison of the home, daughter Lori Lynn Morrison of Swainsville, NC, Daughters and Son-in-laws; Kimberly Canipe & Randy of Mooresboro & Donna Hawk & Harry Jr.of El Paso, Texas, sistes Alda Crump of Lincolnton, NC, Elizabeth Luckadoo of Cliffside, NC, Katherine Luckadoo of the State of Washington, and Gail Swafford and husband Loyd of Mooresboro, NC., brothers and wives; Melvin Morrison & Ellen of Kings Mountain, NC, Ray Morrison & Betty of Iron Station, NC, Fay Morrison & Bea of Forest City, NC, & Jon Morrison & Sharon of Cliffside, NC.
Mr. Morrison is also survived by grandsons; Joshua & Richard Hamrick, Harry III & George Hawk & Noah Canipe, granddaughters; Laura Lookadoo, Carla Canipe, Hannah Hawk, & Abigail Hawk, and a number of nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Christal Earley of Hospice of Cleveland County.
