Edward Peeler

Mr. Peeler, 63, of 1802 Woodbine Street, Kingstown, NC passed away Monday, April 20, 2009 at Palmetto Baptist Medical Hospital in Easley, SC. A native of Cleveland County, NC he was the son of the late Pauline Peeler and was employed by MDI of Hickory, NC as a truck driver.

Mr. Peeler, better known as Zeek, is survived by his wife of 29 years Mary Brooks Peeler of the home, sons Edwin Peeler (Dee)of Jacksonville Fla, Terrance Peeler of Lawndale, Maxonrie Peeler, Ronald Brooks (Colette), Marlon Vinson & San Juan Guest all of Shelby, daughters Daneen Davis (Patrick) of Morresville, Sheemar Wilson (Shannon), Sanyeatia Guest & Vickie Kelly all of Shelby, and Teresa Clark (Gregory) of Greensboro. Zeek also has a brother Boyd Lee Peeler of Shelby and sisters Laura Singleton, Joycelyn Peeler & Felicia Peeler all of Shelby, and Bernice Peeler of Detroit MI, Elizabeth Steele of Hickory, and Sandra Peeler of Johnsburg, GA. In addition to these he has fifteen grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
