Eloise Dysart

February 27, 1923 — September 10, 2010

Mrs. Dysart, 87, of Mooresboro, NC, passed away Friday, September 10, 2010 at her home. A native of Cleveland County, she worked in textiles at Doran Mill & Sackville Mill. She also farmed all of her life raising cotton and was a avid gardner for many years and also enjoyed quilting. She was a member of Sandy Run Baptist Church of Mooresboro. Mrs. Dysart was preceded in death by her parents; Charlie Lee Carter & Della Estell Ramsey Carter, her husband Carl Dysart, a grandson Todd Dysart, three brothers Jimmy, Bud, & Tom Carter, and sisters Frances White & Joyce Huber. Mrs. Dysart is survived by two sons and their wives; Cliff Dysart & Nell of Shelby, Thomas Dysart & Carolyn of Mooresboro, two brothers John Carter of Hickory Grove, SC, and David Carter of Polkville, three sisters; Virginia Foster of Cherryville, Martha Bridges of Lawndale, & Betty Champion of Mooresboro, a sister-in-law Raye Davis of Mooresboro. In addition to these she is also survived by three grandchildren; Sandra Loganadan of Martinsville, VA., Stewart Dysart ane Lendy Ray both of Earl, five great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Andy Oliver pastor of Sandy Run Baptist Church in Mooresboro.
