Gaynell Johnson

Mrs. Johnson, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of Rutherfordcounty, NC, she had worked as a L.P.N. at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, the Bayliss Sunday School Class and Joan's Circle. Mrs. Johnson is preceded in death by her parents Ernest West & Ruby Curry West, a brother Kenneth West and a sister Betty Ware. Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband Ennis Johnson of the home, a son Mark Johnson also of the home, a daughter Cindy Kloosterman of Shelby, a brother Charles West of Cameron, NC, and two sisters Linda Lingle of Huntersville, NC and Phyllis Greene of Polkville, NC. In addition to these she is also survived by grandchildren; Scott Kloosterman, Jennifer Stroupe, Amy Shull & Brandon Johnson, and great grandchildren; Hunter Stroupe, Jordan Stroupe, Zach Kloosterman & Reagan Shull. Funeral services will be conducted by the Revs. Wayne Allen, Hayward Morrison & Katie Roberts. Memorials may be made to either Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 1207 West Dixon Blvd., Shelby, NC 28152 or St. Jude Children"s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
