Gerald Bradley

November 10, 1930 — April 23, 2007

Mr. Bradley's parents were the late William Alfred Bradley & Dorcas Leola Bridges Bradley. He was also preceeded in death by brothers; Robert, Cloyd & Carl Bradley and a sister Sadie Davis.
Mr. Bradley was a charter member of Crestview Baptist Church, and a member of the Prodigal Sons Sunday School Class. He was retired from Doran Textiles and served in the U.S.Army in the 8th Infantry Division where he was a Sergeant. He was a Field Wireman in the Korean Conflict. Hew received the Korean Service Medal, two Bronze Service Stars, United Nations Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, ROK Presidential Unit Citation and the Good Conduct Medal.
Mr. Bradley is survived by his wife Frances Melton Bradley of the home, daughters and husbands; Janice Barbee & Franklin of Shelby, Donna Pruett & Doug of Casar, sons and wives Marty Bradley & Angie, David Bradley & Sharon of Shelby, sisters Tewie Melton & Willie Mae Sanders of Bostic, and a twin sister Geraldine Little of Statesville.
Grandchildren; Shawn Barbee & Heather, Ryan Barbee & Katie, Andy Barbee, Katie Bradley, Matt Bradley, Sally Hamrick & John, Daniel Pruett, Maggie Pruett, Weston Bradley, Evan Barbee, Brett Hamrick. Also a special friend Tom Wright.
