Glenn Harold Senter, age 77 of Mooresboro, NC, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his children, Shelley Richardson (Tim) of Mooresboro, NC, Kelly Turner (Michael) of Boiling Springs, NC, Rodney Senter (Mereda) of Coatesville, PA, and Glenn Senter, Jr. of PA, ten grandchildren, Alec Senter, Megan Richardson, Logan Richardson, Blayne Richardson , Alyssa Turner, Mackenzie Turner, Jayce Turner, Jamie Savournin (John), Rhondalee Senter, and Danelle Senter, two great grandchildren, Paisleigh Senter and Sadie Senter, five brothers, G.C. Senter (Linda), of Mt. Airy, NC, Roy Senter (Debbie) of Winston-Salem, NC, Ricky Senter of Mt. Airy, NC, Donnie Senter (Tammy) of Mt. Airy, NC, and Bill Senter of Mt. Airy, NC, two sisters, Mary Young (Ray) of Mt. Airy, NC, and Judy Senter of Mt. Airy, NC, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Born September 9, 1943 in Grayson County, VA, Glenn was the son of the late Glenn Woodrow Senter and Kelly Margie Snow. Glenn enjoyed fishing, going to the flea market, working on cars, and carpenter work. His dedication to his children and grandchildren was the most important thing to him. He was a light to everyone that knew him. Glenn was a kind man that would help anyone that asked for it. He especially enjoyed his two canine companions, Rascal and P.J.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel conducted by Pastor Kyle Smart. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
