Gregory "Gregg" Grubb

 Mr. Gregory “Gregg” Grubb, age 58 of Shelby, NC, passed away Friday, September 27, 2024, at his residence.

 He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Kelly Humphries Grubb of the home, his two children, Miranda Cooper of Shelby, NC, and David Cooper and wife Jacqueline of Buffalo, SC, and two sisters, Paula Radford of Shelby, NC, and Celeste Grubb of Port Richey, FL.

 Born March 4, 1966, in Pontiac County, MI, Gregg was the son of the late Lester and Pauline Grubb. Gregg was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend. He enjoyed golfing, watching Michigan Wolverines, traveling to new places, and spending time with his family and friends. Gregg was a faithful member of Sandy Plains Baptist Church. He worked and retired from Eaton Corporation in Kings Mountain after 29 years of service. He later worked at Bosch Corporation in Shelby, NC. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him. 

 A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Friday, October 4, 2024, at Sandy Plains Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Elisabeth Cothran. A visitation will be held from 1:00pm – 2:00pm prior to the service at the church. A burial will follow in the church cemetery.
