SHELBY - Jack Clark Dixon, beloved precious son of Jacob and Colleen Dixon, born February 5, 2018, passed away peacefully in his mother and father's arms on April 21, 2018 at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, NICU.
Jack was preceded in death by his six great-grandparents; one great-uncle; and one great-great-uncle.
Left to cherish Jack's memory are his parents, Jacob and Colleen; big sister, Lilly and triplet siblings, Luke and Reese; paternal grandparents, Keith and Mary Ruth Dixon; maternal grandparents, James and Diane Clark; and great-grandparents, Hoyle and Ann Dixon. He is also survived by his loving aunts and uncles, Doug and Mavis Clark, Jeremy and Melea Dixon; cousins, Cooper and Quinn Dixon; and his puppies Pax and Duke. Jack was also blessed with an army of supporters made up of many great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and friends.
Jack and his triplet siblings were the answer to Jacob, Colleen and Lilly's prayers. During his brief time here, he enjoyed listening to lullabies, snuggling with his lovey, talks with his Grandpa and Peepaw, being read to by his Grammy, Nonni and big sister Lilly, and being rocked while held closely by his parents.
Although Jack's life was brief, he gave his family a lifetime of love and inspired many to be #StrongLikeJack.
In lieu of flowers his family asks that donations be made to BeNotAfraid, the support group that has loved and helped Jack and his family.
