Jackie White

Mr. Jackie Dean White, age 71 of Shelby, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at his residence.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Nancy Brown White of the home, three children, Tabaitha Holida of Shelby, NC, Brent White and wife Caryn of Kings Mountain, NC, Kelly Jones and husband Gregg of Polkville, NC, grandchildren, Brett Holida, Lindsey Holida, Arden Barnhill and husband Davis, Luke White, Jacob Bechtel, Natally Jones, two brothers, Jim White and wife Wanda and Jerry White and wife Becky, and a sister, Hilda Borders and husband Jack.
Born February 15, 1947 in Cleveland County, Jackie was the son of the late Graham Hood White and Mary Lee Sparrow White and was preceded in death by his twin sons, Bradley and Jerry White.
Jackie was a loving husband, father, and grandfather known for his since of humor and his ability to make you laugh. He always had a kind word for everyone that knew him. Jackie enjoyed vacationing with his family. He was a dedicated employee to W&B Trucking.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Friday, April 13, 2018 at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel conducted by Rev. Jonathan Lankford. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Shelby.
