Jody Fox

Mr. Jody Patrick Fox, age 18 of Shelby, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2018.
He is survived by his parents, Randy and Angie Blanton Fox of Boiling Springs, NC, his grandparents, Daniel "Gene" and Joyce Blanton of Boiling Springs, NC. Jody was born September 9, 2000 in Cleveland County. Jody had perfect attendance in school since kindergarten. He was active in the ROTC earning the rank of Cadet Major. He enjoyed welding and received his NCCER level 1 & 2 at Cleveland Community College. He loved playing his guitar and bass guitar. Jody loved spending time with his family and his special friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Flint Hill Baptist Church in Shelby. A visitation will be held from 10:00 - 12:00 pm prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at Cleveland Memorial Park. The family will return to the church following the burial for those that did not attend the earlier visitation until 4:00 pm.
