Michael Schenk

Mr. Schenk, 58, of Shelby, passed away Monday, January 17, 2011 at Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. A native of Iredell County, NC, he had worked in Warehouse & Distribution at Entertainment Distribution Center and was a member of Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church of Shelby. Mr. Schenk is preceded in death by his parents, Walter Anthony Schenk & Dorothy Little Schenk. Mr. Schenk is survived by his wife Kaye Hopper Schenk of the home, two daughters Valerie Nicole Schenk also of the home, and Ashley Schenk Miller and husband Anthony of Hickory Grove, SC, and two brothers Dale Schenk of Shelby, and Ron Schenk of Ft. Mill, SC, and a sister Linda Rippy of Shelby. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Priscilla Walker pastor of Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church.
