A native of Phoenix City, Ala., he was a loving, caring and passionate man who was an example of strength and couragefor anyone to pattern their life by. He loved and guided his family to have high morals. He loved gardening, fishing and raising pets. He loved his children and grandchildren, but most of all he loved Paula and Paula loved him. They were married for 54 years. He worked as a chemist in various textile companies and attended Patterson Springs Baptist Church. He was a Navy veteran and served in World War II. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Wyatt and Fannie Watson Wyatt and two brothers, Lewis Wyatt and Warren Wyatt. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Paula, son, Paul "Stan" Wyatt, Jr. and wife Darla of Shelby; two daughters, Paulette Grimsley and husband Junior of Lumberton and Henrietta Castles of Wake Forest, a sister-in-law, Juanita Wyatt of Howard, Ga; eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
