Rick Dukes

Mr. Dukes, 52 of Forest City, NC passed away Friday, June 10, 2011 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. A native of Rutherford County, NC, was employed at P. P. G. industries in Shelby as a maintenance engineer. He served in the U. S. Navy and was a member of Main Street Baptist Church in Spindale. Mr. Dukes was preceded in death by his father Cecil Dukes. Mr. Dukes is survived by a son Eric Dukes of Forest City, NC, a daughter and her husband Lisa Walker & Dereck of Shelby, NC, his mother Ruby Taylor Dukes of Rutherfordton, NC, his wife Anna Marie Dukes of Ellenboro, NC, s sister Wanda Matheny of Forest City, NC, and grandchildren Isabella Walker, Garrett Walker, Easton Walker & Rhylan Radford. Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Rick Brewer.
