Ronald Humphries

Mr. Ron Humphries, 62, of Shelby, NC died Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at his home. A native of Cleveland County, he retired after 42 years of service at Duke Power Company where he was supervisor of transmission lines. He was a member of Landmark Baptist Church and was a Mason and Shriner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lyman Humphries and Mary Earls Humphries; brothers Eddie Humphries and Kinnie Humphries; sisters Barbara Fueller and Deborah Stacy, He is survived by his wife, Sandra Curtis Humphries, daughter Krista Lyerly & husband David; Ronald Chad Humphries & wife Candy; brothers Wyan Humphries and wife Teresa, Sammy Humphries and wife Vickie; sisters Brenda Humphries and husband Ronald, Marjorie Bridges & husband Gene; grandchildren Jenna Lyerly, Chad Christian Humphries and Anna Humphries.
