Thomas Wright

Mr. Wright, 58, of 1906 Kendrick Circle, Shelby, NC went to be with the Lord Saturday April 4, 2009 at Hospice at Wendover. A native of Cleveland County, he was employed by Cleveland County Schools where he was a 5th. grade math teacher. He was a member of Drury Dobbins Baptist Church and attended Putnam Memorial Baptist Church.

Mr. Wright was preceeded in death by his parents Floyd Thomas Wright & Etta McDaniel Wright, his father-in-law Morris Henry Lankford and a brother-in-law Lyle Edward Smith.

Mr. Wright is survived by his wife Reca Lankford Wright of the home, a sister Newell Jones Vess of Forest City, NC, two brothers Max Jones and Harold Jones of Ellenboro, NC, and two sister-in-laws Deborah Lankford Smith of Grover, NC and Denise Lankford Albea of Shelby. Mr. Wrights brother-in-law is Ronnie Lankford of Shelby, and a mother-in-law Reba Inez Lankford both of Shelby.

Funeral Services will be conducted by Rev. Bryan Glisson & Kenny Smith.
